1. About these terms

By using Artify or buying a wallpaper you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details (name and email) when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.

3. Licence for purchased wallpapers

• Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the wallpaper on your own devices.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute, print for sale, upload to other sites, or use the artwork commercially.
• You may not remove watermarks from previews or use previews without purchase.
• All artwork, the Artify name and logo remain the property of Artify.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in your chosen currency and charged in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Small differences from currency conversion may occur.
• We never see or store your card details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• An order is only complete once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

After confirmed payment, your download link appears in your account under Order status. Keep your files safe; links may expire for security.

6. Privacy

• We collect only what we need: your name, email, country, and order details.
• We use this to process orders, deliver downloads and provide support.
• We never sell your personal data. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
• You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data at any time by email.

7. Liability

Wallpapers are provided "as is". Artify is not liable for indirect losses or device-related issues beyond the price you paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
